Essential service characteristics
The purchased service is the digital TOEFL preparation package whose name, term, content, and AI-evaluation allowance appear in the pre-payment order summary. No physical product is shipped.
Price, tax and payment
The tax-inclusive total, transaction currency, and payment method are shown before the customer incurs a payment obligation. The server-held package price, not a browser-submitted value, controls the order. Card payment is processed through iyzico; Academic English Hub does not store a full card number, expiry date, or CVV.
Delivery and access
After iyzico verifies payment as successful, the package is normally assigned immediately to the account used for the purchase. It is a one-time purchase and does not renew automatically. Paid-content access ends with the order-summary term; unused purchased AI evaluations do not expire.
Withdrawal, cancellation and refunds
Checkout requires a separate, unchecked confirmation for immediate performance and a separate acceptance of the Preliminary Information Form and Distance Sales Agreement. The customer is informed that, to the extent permitted by applicable law, the right of withdrawal may not apply or may be lost once performance of the digital service begins. Mandatory consumer rights for duplicate or incorrect charges, non-delivery, defective or non-conforming service, and other non-excludable cases remain protected.
Request a full refund from Purchases within 24 hours of confirmed payment. Unused purchases with complete records qualify for automatic refunds. Paid use, reserved AI credits, payment problems, disputes, flagged misuse, or incomplete records require review; ordinary first-day package use does not invalidate eligibility. Later requests receive an exception review. We aim to respond within one business day in Istanbul. Previewing or awaiting review leaves benefits unchanged. Approval holds only that purchase's remaining benefits, which are removed after a successful refund.
Complaints and disputes
Support and complaints may be sent to support@academicenglishhub.com. A consumer may use the competent consumer arbitration committee or consumer court under the applicable Turkish monetary and jurisdiction rules, without losing mandatory rights available in the consumer's country.
