Who is the partnership program for?
We welcome conversations with English teachers, tutors, schools, educational creators, and communities that help students prepare for TOEFL. Partnerships are approved and invited by the Academic English Hub team.
How do I become a partner?
Use our contact page to introduce yourself and tell us about the learners you support. Choose Content creators and partnerships as your category. If your partnership is approved, we add your email to the program. There is no automatic enrolment.
Does the program include commissions?
Yes. The program is primarily referral-based. Partners earn commission on eligible purchases referred through their assigned codes. Contact our team for your commission rate, eligibility rules, and payment terms.
How are referrals tracked?
When a learner uses one of your assigned discount codes for an eligible purchase, that redemption is attributed to your partnership. Your dashboard shows referral activity and commission payment status. Customer identities and individual payment details stay private.
What does Partner Premium include?
An active partnership provides complimentary access to Premium learning content across Reading, Listening, Speaking, and Writing. AI evaluations follow the platform’s configured allowances and rate limits. Partner Premium does not require a checkout or a paid subscription.
Can I create or change my discount codes?
Our team creates, assigns, and manages your codes, including their discounts and validity. You can view and copy your assigned codes and track their performance. Contact us if you need a change.
What information will I see about students?
Your dashboard shows successful redemption totals, unique-customer counts, and activity over time. Each eligible code use also shows its date and your partner payment status. Customer names, emails, payment details, and individual orders are never shared with partners. Failed or unpaid orders do not count; completed refunds are excluded.
How are commission payments tracked?
Each eligible referral starts as Not completed in your dashboard’s Your payment column. Our team marks it Completed after confirming that your commission has been paid. Contact us for the payment terms for your partnership.
What happens if my partnership ends?
Partner Premium and Partner Dashboard access end when your membership is revoked. Your regular account, learning progress, and any independently purchased Premium access remain yours.
